Rent-AC received an emergency call from the building owner in the State of Washington the Sunday before Labor Day. The RTU of a Day Care center in Antioch, Illinois had failed and was not repairable until parts arrived later in the week. We immediately scheduled a visit to the day care center. After doing an assessment on the property, we determined that two portable air conditioning units would satisfy the cooling objectives of the business owner. The property manager approved our proposal, immediately. We installed the equipment on Labor Day prior to school on Tuesday per the request of the day care center owner.
