When we can help athletes with spot cooling rentals under extreme summer weather conditions, we welcome the challenge. Located in McHenry, IL a non-profit premier volleyball club specializes in developing quality volleyball players. It’s pretty impressive that the organization produces such a high success rate of athletes receiving college volleyball scholarships. We installed several rental cooling units throughout the volleyball courts to beat the heat during a hot spell in 2024. The biggest challenge was electrical power availability. Some of the more powerful rental cooling units were a distance away from the electrical supply so we had to increase the wire gauge size to minimize voltage drop to the portable cooling equipment.
