Commercial kitchens need portable cooling often because of the large heat loads from the ovens, stoves, freezers, refrigerators dishwashers, etc. Portable cooling was requested for a large restaurant chain in Merrillville, Indiana where several units were installed on both levels of their kitchen. Shown are pictures of a OWC3612, 3-ton water cooled unit and a PWC1811, 1.5-ton water cooled unit. Both supplemental cooling units are conveniently located out of the way with the power cord / water hoses nicely routed to avoid trip hazards.
