In certain instances, Rent AC will hook up commercial equipment in residential applications. In this situation, a good commercial customer needed cooling for 3 rooms of their condo while the roof was being repaired. In order to install a flat roof correctly, all HVAC equipment that resides on the roof needs to be disconnected and moved out of the way, free of the roof repair. Roof repair timing varies but this particular repair was scheduled for 6 weeks. A Climate Pro K18 mobile AC rental unit was installed in the dinette area while water-cooled rental units were hooked up in the bedrooms.
