If there is no place to vent hot air, from an air-cooled unit, water cooled equipment is the only other cooling rental choice for portable AC equipment. After determining the type of unit, air or water cooled, the next step is to determine where the customer would like to have the units placed. Once the positioning of the units is set, finding dedicated power for each unit needs to be determined. If an air-cooled unit is selected, duct length for venting needs to be determined. If a water-cooled unit is selected, a water source location and the length of the hose is required for installation. When the spec out is complete, a cost is relayed to the customer. Upon approval the paperwork is signed, and the job information details are coordinated with the shop for preparation, delivery, and installation.
